I have a possible solution to your dice problem.  The
following website is to a company called 
"Gamescience".

They make d7's and other types of unique dice required
for scientific studies and such.  If anyone is going
to be able to make you a set of dice as you require, I
bet they will.  Best of luck in your search, and I'll
