I still think the worth of a single card is too high.
If you trade one card for a rule, you can lose a ton
of points. Enough to ensure you don't come in first.
91 has gone stale because all anyone wants is Daisy
and Jesse. Once you get a few rules, you've got a
pretty good idea why.

If the game were broken into rounds, choosing more
cards or more rules would be an option. 

I'm really in favor of making each game three rounds. 
They don't last that long.  Most games are essentially
over in a day.  Considering I'm still playing games
that started in 2003, a week or two for a three-round
game of hagges isn't such a bad thing.

An auction idea might be interesting. But again, you
might need rounds.  I suppose anyone could auction up
a card and people could bid on it, and you could
accept any bid at any time.  That's an interesting way
of doing it.

Who is actively programming on this game? Is it more
than one person?
