These cards would be like special (and very high value) bonuses for getting card combinations that would apply *only* to the holder of the Goal card. Goal cards can be traded like everything else.
Now that I finished writing the "sets" rule, perhaps I should just assign a sekrit-set rule to everybody. It wouldn't be too tough.
Assuming a hand size of (number of different cards) * (deck count), how big should the sekrit-set be? (deck count) defaults to 2, with the "-deck" switch adding a third.
How many points should the completing ones set be worth?
I would assume that the sekrit-set rule is personal, and known, and untradable. An alternative, which somebody else hinted at, would be having a rule that says "Everybody's secret set is worth x amount." and the set itself is known only to each individual. Or,
maybe you have to go get another rule that shows you your set.
(For example, rule number 9 is "Each secret set is with 13 points" and rule number 4 is "Your secret set is x,y,z" and each person's x,y,z is filled in by the server.)
Thoughts?
Now, this whole sekrit-set business could also be turned into Ted's idea. Each person is assigned a set (again, how big?) and one of the rules says what is is worth and what your set it.
Thoughts, again?
