I'm going to be gone for a few days (just in time for Mark to return).

So I have uploaded the refactoring effort to the server.  The files are
not hooked up to the real commands yet, but Mark and other interested
coders can review the code and try them out on their own servers if they
want.

The files are:

   perlgame.pm            (the shared stuff)
   haggis-refactor.pl     (refactored haggis)
   werewolf-refactor.pl   (refactored werewolf)

I also made all the haggis rules into objects. :)
