[haggis] number of players

Has this game been tried with fewer players?  Seems
like everyone waits for 7 or more. But it's possible a
pbem version of the game will go better with 4 or 5.

In other words, why not start 92 with 6 players and
have it finish in a day or two while we wait for some
of the regulars to get back in town.
