Netscape does allow you to create none HTML mail too. Becareful with Outlook.
It has this horrible tendency to attatch this stupid business card to
everything which messes up the digest something awful.
Also if you are using Windows 98 and Outlook 98 go to the Microsoft Website
and get the patch. There is a fairly serious security problem involved which
they have been warning people about.
