  Well, depending on how you run your DL campaign, it can be equally as
powerful there, too, but I see your point.  Even though the bullets aren't
permanent, being able to create them is mighty helpful.  But I see no reason
Hexslingers wouldn't be around in HOE.  In fact, they'd probably have
developed a lot of new hexes to deal with the advances in military technology
and such.
