[HoE] Three Races Thing

I think that if PEG wants to keep the Western feel then this will not
happen, after all what we know of Banshee matches closely to the discovery
of america. More technalogical people find the land, peace for a while
until resources make the more technological people agressive. This is what
happened in the Wild West and on Banshee. If they want to keep the flavor,
then I think there will only be the humans and the Banshee aliens. Even a
few hundred years in the future I do not see that much advancement because
of limited resources of the colonist. A space opera I do not see. I could
see something like Oblivion, a space opera on another planet.
