I agree and am sort of hesitant to try it. Really though, it only makes
sense when you compare it to the rules currently in place. You can spend a
chip to regain or try again just about everything under the sun. It only
stands to reason that you could use a chip to regain a bit of Strain. It
hasn't been until our last couple of sessions that we have increased our
chips flying around the table. If I were a player, I would be needing some
extra Strain pretty badly in order for me to spend a chip to get some back.
A Blue chip for 3 Strain is a fair trade in my opinion as a Marshal.
