When can you spend chips on a trait roll? The reason I ask is
because the rule book really doesn't say. A player I know had to make a
trait roll and wanted to spend a white chip to get an extra die. The
reason he wanted to spend the chip was because his trait roll was a 1d?
If I allow him to spend the chip before the roll his oods of botching go
way down.
