I was wondering about that myself, I figured I'd missed an earlier post where
someone had posted some homebrew rules specific to weapons, because I did the
same thing at work.  Here's what I came up with.  Baseball-sized is a little
small for a weapon, unless you're talking about softballs.  Besides, I don't
like the idea of my junkers creating stuff like M-60's chambered for .50 cal
and insisting its baseball sized just so they can get the points down.

-25% one-shot pistols, derringers, holdout weapons, grenades
-20% pistols
-15% SMGs
-10% rifles, shotguns, rocket launchers

This isn't official, BTW, just something I scribbled at work.
