I think the size rule is wrong for weapons. It doesn't state it
anywhere but I can't see a plasma pistol that does 5d10 damage being
easier to make than a tripod mounted plasma cannon that does 5d10
damage. Quite the opposite really. The cannon might be big and scary
but the pistol is small, concealable, easy to carry, and has got to
be harder to make (at least if it does identical damage)
I'd be inclined to reverse the size modifiers in certain situations
(Shane, might be worth considering for the Junker source book)
As for the difference between physical and energy damage, I wouldn't
have a clue...
