Originally everyone had Stone here, it could possibly be Old Pete but 
not Stone (bar Time travel paradoxes)

Raven and Kang were suggested initially.
Currently if the Major players transformation theory (hereafter known 
as MPT (pronounced muppet)) is correct I don't believe it will be 
Hellstromme. Brigham young's vision has yet to come true for one...

I find it plausible, and shane hasn't flat out denied it (just told 
me to wait for the Wasted West book). 
I find myself going for:

Famine = Grimme
War = Kang
Death = The head Ring-Wraith from tQ&tD
Pestilence = Biren

Although I could check this further if I had my HOE here.
(Where the four horsemen started, Famine came from Lost Angels and 
Pestilence from Texas, and Death from Death Valley, if memory serves 
me correctly. If MPT is true, and War is Kang he should have 
appeared in Shan Fan(sp?))
