[HoE] NORAD - Fact or Fiction?

Simon takes a pull from his beer and leans towards the person next to
him, "Tough crowd here."  Let me ask you this:

With the separation of the U.S. was NORAD ever built?  If it was, who
built it, NA or SA? Where would they have built it? (NA in the
Appalacians?  SA in the Rockies?  Ms. Plum in the Library?)  Since I
don't own Wierd West I'm not familiar with who controlled what areas. 
Would it have survived the initial bombing or would it have taken the
Reckoners to destory it?

If it was built and subsequently destroyed, I'll bet it's now a Junkers
paradise.  Perhaps its exact location was never really known by the
common populace and all those who would know are dead now.  "The Search
for NORAD" would make a great treasure hunt for a posse with some Junkers
in it.
