Do all HI weapons use only caseless ammo or is that just another one of Throckmorton's ideas to keep other people from becoming as powerful as him? Also how prevelant were the HI weapons, it was mentioned that they existed pre-war were they used by all walks of life; could you walk into any pre-war gunstore and buy them or were they military and/or police issue only?
