A manual bullet press is not that big, for the most part: from what I
remember, it's basically a big wheel where you would place a bullet at certain
parts of the process and pull a lever down.  You could sit it on a table, and
it would be about 2-3 tall with the handle and a foot and a half at the base.
At least that is the one I saw.
