[HoE] Wasted West Renegade Black Hat

Is the Renegade Black Hat archtype still able to use black hat equipment 
and vehicles?   I know this kind of thing is totally up to me  but I was 
just wondering what y'alls thoughts on this were.

Also loved the Ash Character, I'm going to put him in as the starter for 
an adventure about the S-Mart overlord. He sullied the name of Ash's 
place of employment after all....:)
