[HoE] Wasted West Renegade Black Hat

Is the Renegade Black Hat archtype still able to use black hat equipment 
and vehicles? He does havea caseless rifle so I was thinking no but he 
may have just ditched cause of the weird ammo.  I know this kind of 
thinf is totally up to the GM of the particular game but I was just 
wondering what y'alls thoughts on this were.

Also loved the Ash Character, I'm going to put him in as the starter for 
an adventure about the S-Mart overlord. He sullied the name of Ash's 
place of employment after all....:)
