It seems to this novice that Ghost-Rock replaced or augmented the stikes
of Gold or Oil that drasticly changes (RL) history. With that in mind, it
brings up a big, albiet simple question...

	who owned "Alaska" before Judgement Day?

You see since I live in AK, I was planning on basing in the post
apocoliptic 'home town' of my players... but i need to know who owned the
it before the Last War for apropriate uniforms, equipment, etc....
