A person takes one wound per his size in damage. Assuming someone has a Size
of 6, each 6 points equals a wound. If someone had Big'un, that would be a 7
or 8 Size; therefore, each 8 points would be a wound.
In your example, 11 damage would be divided by 6 (we'll assume she's shooting
a Black Hat) and it would cause 1 wound (you round down with wound
calculations).
