[HoE] Crossbow Speed (was Better living through)

Well, considering bows have a speed 2 and a range 10, I'd say that the 
crossbow should have a speed 3 based upon it's extended range.  As noted 
by Eric, that string is going to be really tough to draw back.

You could also have a special tool that helps drawback the string.  This 
tool could reduce the speed to 2.
