I think that is meant to mean that in addition to the new power secialty
categories, which work as described in BB, you may also start with one of the
ones from the HoE book. Not just the ones from your category, but any. Seems
simple enough, there have to be SOME common powers. At any rate, i've
retagged this one for El Queso de perro, so maybe he can confirm it fer us.
BTW, Shane, about that "wait a few months" thing you like to do all the
time,....
