[HoE] Road Warriors - Dibs
You know - there was one reference I was expecting in Road Warriors that I
didn't actually see.
Dibs.
"This is Jack Burton in the Pork Chop Express and I'm talking to whoever's
listening out there. Like I told my last wife I said honey I never drive
faster then I can see and besides that it's all in the reflexes."
"You just listen to the ole Pork Chop Express and you take his advice on a
dark and stormy night allright. When some wild eyed eight foot tall maniac
grabs your neck, taps the back of your favorite head up against the
barroom wall and looks you crooked in the eye, asks you if you've paid your
dues. Well you just stare the big sucker right back in the eye and you
remember what Jack Burton always says at a time like that. Have you paid
your dues Jack? Yessir, the check is in the mail."

Because it is a truth universally acknowledged that a single chicken, being
posessed of a good fortune and presented with a good road, must be desirous
of crossing.
