     Good point and I and my Templar player got into a bit of a discussion
about the sword for a while and we decided that Simon's blessing is
extremely minor but coupled with a Templar's experience with a sword, he
gets the +1 bonus when using it.  Of course, then we had to stop and think
about the case where a Templar grabs a different sword he finds in the
woods-- Does he still get the +1 bonus to use the sword that isn't blessed?
      If we go with the "Non-kosher Simon" theory, maybe his blessing is
some sort of doomahickey that actually doesn't have a benefit for the
Templar in question but instead aids Simon in some way.  Nothing but
speculation there but when Simon's inner council always seems to know right
where you are...
