This is one of 15 new hexslinger hexs I've designed for my hoe
Lawdog/hexslinger.  Please comment.

"Tracer"
Trait: Cognition
Hand: Pair
Speed: 1
Duration: concentration 
Range: Touch

By casting this hex on a bullet, the hexslinger gains the ability to
track the bullet where ever it goes.  There for, if the hexslinger
fires the bullet at a fleeing vehicle  and hits, the hexslinger can
then track the vehicle  automatically.  
Another potential us for this hex is to gauge the depth of seemingly
"bottomless" pits or canyons .
