Re: [HoE] CODcon [was:newbie/con adventure suggestions]

You know, I was going to go to CODcon, and I even planned to run an event or two,
but at it turned out a good friend of mine decided to move into his new house
that weekend, and though I don't own a truck, I do have 2 legs and 2 arms, so
that makes me one hell of a good cantidate for mover for a weekend. It's not that
I don't want to help out a friend, mind you, but I just wish it would have been
annother weekend. So to J23junior and Rich, let me just offer my personal regrets
that I won't be able to make it and even try to get a raging game of Deadlands
going. Annother time, perhaps.

And i'll just offer my advance warning that Illinois' smallest gaming con is
aproaching.... KitCon 99/I should be taking place in late May, and believe me,
this one's shaping up to be the smallest one yet! He he, i'm alowed to be self
critical of a con run by the gaming club that i'm a part of, besides, we may not
be big, but we do have a lot of fun, and in the end isn't that all that matters?
KitCon is also my semi-anual opportunity to play a historical wargame, just to
confirm that I still hate them.
