[HoE] Werewolves in HoE

I noticed that someone was speaking on how to deny Garou their gifts when 
put into a HoE environment, and I felt I needed to speak up.

The reasoning suggested was that Gaia had never developed in HoE, and 
therefore, couldn't exist to grant gifts to the Garou.

That in itself is a bit incorrect.  First of all, gifts can be taught by any 
of the spirits, provided the spirit actually wants to teach the Garou.  
Second, the nature of using gifts is one of the innate nature of the Garou, 
not some granted power.  When the Garou were created, it was put into their 
nature that they could commune with the spirit world and learn gifts to 
manipulate it with.  Saying that Gaia not existing deprives Garou of gifts 
is like saying that books not existing would deprive mankind of their 
ability to read and write.

Also, just to throw in my two cents, Werewolves from White-Wolf have 
absolutely no business being in a Deadlands game.  I think the idea was 
cute, for all of 2 books, but seriously, they just weren't made to go 
together.  They are just too imbalancing to the game.
