Why are we even having a discussion about a balance of Power for God's sake? 
I've said it before. A Role-playing Game is just that. a GAME! It's meant to 
be fun not to be argued about and making people leave is not fun, penalizing 
people. Also not fun.  So knock it the hell off and listen to what your 
players have to say. Just because they point out a mistake doesn't mean they 
like belittling you. And the players should let the gm do the GMing and don't 
point out all the stuff. Can't we all just get along?
