Now, as a player with a ton of Kevlar (provided that
no one wanted it for some reason, or I had an obscene
ammount...) I'd try some wierd stuff with it.

Like bolting it to the inside of the posse's vehicle. 
I bet after 13 years most cars need new upholstry
anyway.  Unless the interior is done in genuine
imitaion nawgahide.  That stuff could outlive
cockroaches...

Do you think that would improve the car's armor?
