[HoE] Shiny thing go good boom...

Well, I've finally sunken my fangs into the new Junker
book, and whipped up a new gizmo (and it's a
hum-dinger!)  I have dubbed it, unimaginatively
enough, the hover mine.  It works like this:

The hover mine is basically a floating smart bomb. 
When activated, it just sits in place spinning until
it's heat sensors pick up the heat signature of a
vehicle.  Once it gets the scent, it zooms toot-sweet
towards the offending car. It then crashes into the
car, making a very big boom.  To prevent the mine from
turning on it's user, it is programmed to ignore any
vehicle that is transmitting a signal on the
appropriate frequency.  

This weapon is best used by dropping it out of the
back of a vehicle into a croud of gangers, turning
into frappe.  The numbers follow, but they may not be
100% accurate.  This new system can get REEEEEAAAL
complicated...
