-I gotta agree with ya.  I mean if Throckmorton is too damn cheap to even 
spring for his troop's trademark "black hats," why would he waste the time 
and resources it would take to mass produce and trap them anything Kevlar?   
Just look at that (about to get poked,) BH loser on the front of Brain 
Burners.  I don't see any armor on him.
