I beg-to-differ, it states in the text of OM that you could be from before
the War. I'm thinking of making a Junker that was working on the first
Ghost-Rock Reactors (in the 1980s or 90s) and got rad sickness so when it
went critical he was in a hospital in the mutation zone, getting OM.
