Not to nit-pick, but it is really 1 in 4.  (16, 17, 18, 19, 20) = 5 chances
out of 20 (i.e., 1/4)

There are enough subtle differences between the two systems that I'll let
this slide until the HoE rules are updated in a future supplement.
