There won't be a huckster book for HoE.  The info's already out there (in
Hucksters and Hexes) and not enough has changed to warrant production of
another book.

Toxic Shamans, or some such, should be out early next year (?), 

The Junkyard will be covered in the boxed set "Iron Oasis", to be released
in November.
