I'm surprised the other players haven't said this before now. I goaded a
Munchie player in a game I'm in into taking on an adversary that would
require magic to defeat quickly. The GM let me do it and he eventually
got the hint because of all the insults and shit we were shveling on him
and stopped showing up [That was partially his fault, because he didn't
seem to ge the fact that nobody liked him until that point. And it was
also his fault because he listened to ME ;] ] The GM [who really didn't
like him either] was more of the opinion that it was better to lose one
player [throwing a person out of a game can be rough, but sometimes it
has to be done] than the whole group; because a lot of use weren't
having any fun because of all his idiocy.

Give them half a chance, and the rest of the party will probably take
care of him for you.
