Hmm. I'm not sure if they've put up any guidelines specific to the web
pages, but someone else asked me this same question a little while ago
after PEG put up my Powers of Light. Here's what I'd suggest as guidelines.
Do NOT submit material in HTML, let Zeke handle putting in the tags. Plain
text is preferred, otherwise ask Zeke what formats he can accept and hope
he gets back to you soon. Put "HOE/DL Library Submission" in the subject of
the message so Zeke can sort it out from the rest of the stuff in his
mailbox. Make sure your name and e-mail address is included in the
submission itself, in case they print it out and lose the original e-mail
message. Pick a title for your submission, otherwise Zeke will have to come
up with something (Powers of Light is what he called it, I sent it in
without a title... I probably would have called it something different).
As far as formatting, expect that it will be converted to HTML, so with
that in mind, use block paragraphs (double-space between them, no
indentation, just like this message). If you need to use tables, do the
best you can with a fixed-width font (like Courier New) but have the HTML
available if Zeke asks for it. If you want to submit graphics or artwork...
that's a whole 'nuther ball of wax, and you'll have to ask Zeke about that.
Don't expect an immediate response. The Deadlands@aol.com account is the
main address where PEG funnels all its PR and rules questions to, so Zeke
gets swamped with a LOT of mail. Give him 3-4 weeks, then start bugging him
if you haven't heard back.
