[HoE] Death of a Reckoner?

Okay, I know what I am about to propose my be way off....Okay, I know it
is, however I would like to get what the list comets.

Here is the idea.

            The Reckoner's survive by Fear. The eat, drink, and live it.
So, a Junker decides that maybe he could hurt a Reckoner if he found a
way to instanly give it massive dosses of an emotion opposite of fear.
What emotion would that be? I am not sure, but for our purposes lets say
love.
            Now, I Junker sets about creating a device that sends out
"waves" of "love" toward a target.
            Could a Junker build such a device?
            Could the device effect a Reckoner? I figure at most it
might cause the Reckoner to be pushed back into the Hunting Ground.

The reason I ask, is because I think this could be the basis for an epic
campaign. Imagine first the posse has to get the equipment to build the
device, and then they have to fight their way close enough to a Reckoner
to use the Device.
