Characters From Split Second.  Harley Stone was a cop who has served in just
about every hell hole on the planet.  He was in Las Vegas when the bombs
fell, and some how managed to survive.  He has spent his life hunting the
killer of his partner from when he was serving in London.  At the time the
bombs fell, he we teamed with Dick Derker, an Englishman who looks at Harley
with a bit of awe.
