 they're called) attached to an item are said to generate power per round.  
 Yet vehicles use power per hour.  You slap a Vehicular spirit on your 
 hoverbike, and you're going to have excess power to spare... >>

You'd have excess power to power other vehicles. It seems like a lot of 
people are overlooking the last line of the paragraph about browser's 
providing juice: "A browser can only provide energy for powers with which it 
is associated." That means a gun spirit can't power a car, and a car spirit 
can't power a gun.
