First of all, that doesn't answer the original question (or did I miss the
answer elsewhere?). A Cyborg isn't a browser spirit or is powered by one,
so what the Junker SB says about browser spirits doesn't seem relevant to
the original question. A Cyborg can power _both_ vehicles and guns. But as
the original poster noted, a Cyborg can power a Hovertank with a (seemingly)
absurdly low drain on his power-generating resources.
The second paragraph was my own added-on comment concerning the separate
issue of Junkers and browser spirits. I have no problem with the last
paragraph cited - the problem arises because it's not clearly stated that
Spirits have variable rates of G-Ray production, depending on the item they
are powering.
