other players thought that, unless used on a very high tech automobile,
like a hover-bike, EMP would only shut the vehicle down, able to be
restarted as soon as the engine stopped turning. His argument was that
there are no electronics in most vehicles on the road in 2094, as they have
been constantly repaired and replaced over the years. He thinks that a
basic vehicle, would have its electrical system shorted when the EMP
happened, but then be able to be restarted despite the miracles duration.
Is this the case. We argued that since the EMP created by the miracle is
not a permanent condition, the miracle supports the 'Pulse' for the entire
duration.

The effect of EMP only lasts for the duration of the miracle. Once the
miracle ends, the device functions normally.
In the case of a real EMP from a nuclear explosion, unshielded electronic
devices would be irreparably damaged, while non-electronic electrical devices
would only be knocked out for the duration of the pulse.
