Personally, if you are going for Fallout 2 weapons and ideas, I would love
to see the Red Ryder LE BB gun make an appearance.  It was a great weapon.
I always seemed to hit called shots more often with it. . .plus, the ammo
would be fairly easy to make.

It should probably do little to no damage against anything covered by
armor, but do a bit extra damage on exposed flesh.  Also, as a bit of
compensation, it could give a +2 to called shots to the head or eyes or
something like that.  Nothing like shooting an eye out!
