Stats look about right. I only detect one serious problem. Ammo.
Ammo. Ammo. Please be aware that the acclaimed "Guass", technology,
involves magnetically accelerating, (at this time alluminum, I believe) to
such a velocity, that their penetration factor is without challenge. What
this means to you is, no shell casings!!! Technically, any "Guass"
weaponry, would leave no ammo casings behind to refill. Your stats for the
weapon look nice. But, you should only be able to receive more ammo, when
the GM, is being particuallarly nice. Or you would have to get really lucky
on perhaps a combined; Science(Physics), Trade(Weaponsmithing). So keep
these in mind. Just my two cents.
