Actually (and as I think we've discussed before), I wouldn't bother 
_drawing_ Servitor cards - just assume they got it automatically and assign 
them a random mutation of the appropriate suit.  Or even a non-random one...

*shrug* I've just found that the _chance_ of drawing a Servitor-based 
mutation is pretty slim, and hardly consistent enough to get across the idea 
of "You're doing a _bad_ thing in an environment that rewards such efforts."

Also, of course, since the rules in question are Marshal-only, it's not 
really an effective form of punishment because the players shouldn't know 
_why_ this is happening.  If you simply assign Servitor-mutations, it 
becomes a bit clearer.
