Certainly a Templar shouldn't be immune to such checks...

See my comments just posted.  Unfortunately, by "randomizing" the whole 
Servitor-draw thing, it makes it a very uneffective "punishment."  If you go 
that route and they do something particularly offensive, just give 'em one 
of the appropriate mutations.
