Actually, Hucksters seem to get screwed over by the boosted Manitou-levels 
(according to The Junkman Cometh).  This certainly makes sense for 
relatively new Junker/Hucksters, but whether 200-year old Hucksters who have 
progressed in the world along with the manitous should suffer the same 
penalties (and also be required to be Scientists, as a literal reading of 
the appropriate rules indicates) is and has been debateable.

Shamans are going to be covered in an upcoming sourcebook.

I'm not sure about "Anhuacs", but that sounds like Anouks, who were off on 
Faraway and never came to Earth (at least, not alive) as far as has been 
suggested so far.

Martial Artists are going to be covered in an upcoming Sourcebook devoted to 
Soldier-types, as I recall.

Don't know about Voodooists (although is one rumored to be living in New 
Orleans these days).  Blessed seem to have pretty much fallen by the 
wayside.

Basically though, most of the Deadlands-type who can still exist (Blessed, 
Huckster, Shaman) who lived the whole 200_ years are in a very definite 
minority.
