Well if you read "Apocalypse Now" (the story that comes with the screen), you
see that this town have some weapons, although it has it's reasons.

My Posse have assault rifles, autoshotguns, but little ammo, but they all have
some kind of backup pistlols etc.. One of my posse is a templar, and maaan!
the sword is vicious. So i dont want my posse all "go swordal". I know they
wont either, they believe in image and not stats.
As for goons,bad guys. Well lately there has been alot of Black Hats. But as
for other bad guys, i give them whatever seems appropriate, from clubs to
assault rifles, depends on the badguys really!
Towns depend too, i usually write a little story for each town, if the town
has had supplies from an old military base then they will pack a good deal of
weapons, otherwise, they might have big ballistas as deffence.
It all depends... on your story!!
