Re: [HOE] Still looking for ideas...
I recommend some intense line feeding on the part of your other players. Allow
them to act naturally as their characters would but when the virtues are tested,
try to get the players sensibly out of the way so that the Templar wont
inadvertently think the others might have a situation covered. Plenty of times
in the game I Marshall, a player I want to focus on for a scene is botched by
another posse member grabbing the glory.
(e.g.: The syker assassin is aiming at his mark from a desert outcrop. His
sidekick, another player, mentions this to the posse road warrior that their is
a bad guy out on the highway (he's a simpleminded grundie..eh..forgive him).
The road warrior, unaware of the syker's intent to kill, just starts up the rig
and runs the mark over. A scene which I was going to use as part action/part
introspection on the syker's part was destroyed.)
Anyways, excuse the long and potentially worthless example.
A few questions, The setting? The type of characters? Do you already have a
sort of segue into the beginning worked out? Do they all know each other?
