[HOE] road trains

So I'm watching Extreme Machines "Super Trucks" and they feature a thing on 
Road Trains.  And that got me to thinking how would the rules for that work 
and why isn't it done in HoE because well the Highway parol nor the DoT are 
gonna pull you over for weight violations.

Road Trains are multiple half or 2/3 legnth trailers on one rig.  the worlds 
longest truck is 160 ft long, its got 6 trailers on it to haul zinc ore.

Any ideas?

Of course the trailer rules come into play but how could you supe up an 
engine to make it pull more, junker powers?
