[HOE] Shattered Coast [Hopler/ Goff]

Got my copy of Shattered Coast yesterday.  I'm not quite finished with it,
but when I am I'll write a review and post it.  Looks very good so far- big
improvement on Iron Oasis (not that IO was bad).  I hope the rest of the
regional sourcebook are this good.  In the meantime, I got one question
(with probably more coming):

What's the deal with Snatchers?  The Marshal's section about abominations,
it stops with Cliff Diver.  There's no mention of Snatchers at all.  Did
something get left out, or are they just the "bogeyman" of the Maze?
